Carsten Stöckermann is our team leader in milling head assembly

How did you join WaldrichSiegen?

I did a school internship in the WaldrichSiegen “training column” in Burbach in 2010. I started out as a mechatronics technician, but I quickly realized that this profession didn't suit me. When I switched to industrial mechanic, I immediately realized that this was the profession I wanted to learn.

What do you particularly appreciate about your work?

Every order is exciting, every angle head a new challenge. We only ever manufacture our milling heads according to individual customer requirements; there are no standard solutions. This makes our work interesting and exciting every day, because no two orders are the same, as every milling head is a new design.
