Your Tasks

Your work will span the diverse and innovative companies of the HerkulesGroup - Maschinenfabrik Herkules, WaldrichSiegen, sba Mechatronics and RSGetriebe - and offer you the opportunity to work with an exceptionally broad and exciting product portfolio, ranging from state-of-the-art roll grinding machines, vertical turning and portal milling machines, as well as advanced modernization projects to high-performance gear systems.

• Detailed presentation of our products and services
• Comprehensive customer consultancy and support
• Key account management
• Networking and cooperation with local agents
• Generating business and sales opportunities
• Independent realization of negotiations
• Maintaining business with existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers
• Comprehensive market observation and feedback to the represented companies
• Preparation of detailed activity and visit reports, as well as other projekt-relaited documents
• Regular and well-organized exchange with the headquarters in Germany
• Working from home with regular business trips to the german headquarter

Your Professional Profile

• Extensive experiences in international sales of technically complex capital goods (machine tools, special machine construction, production lines)
• Strong commitment to customer service, emotional competence in communicating with different types of customers at all hierarchical levels
• Well-structured approach of working and customer-orientated appearance
• Strong ability to analyze problems and find target solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High standards of personal performance and success
• Business fluent in Italian and English
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driving license
